Lots of people try to give up smoking with different methods, most needing will power. The problem with will power is that you have to try and stop thinking about smoking - which is likely to make you think about it even more. 

For example, if you told yourself - I don't want to eat a fresh-cream cake - your sub-conscious will only understand 'eat a fresh-cream cake'. This is because your sub-conscious only knows 'what is' and not 'what isn't' - causing you to think about it even more. 

With hypnotherapy you don't need will power but you do need commitment. You must really want to give up smoking! 

Once you have the right frame of mind we can quickly start the Stop Smoking process. 

You will be helped and guided to enhance your motivation.

What to expect...

For Quit Smoking, a single session is all that is needed. The session is carried out without the need for an initial consultation.
