Weight Loss is a great passion of mine because of personal issues in the past with weight myself.

Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy has also become a great passion of mine, and the application of these skills to weight control is one of the main focuses of my work.

I understand the effect that being overweight can have on your life and how important it is to do something about it.

Thinking Thin™


Thinking Thin™ is a weight control programme that was designed by myself. This programme is designed to work over just four weeks.

Having lost 6 and a half stone myself, and kept it off for 11 years now, I feel I have a good insight into how the mind of an over weight person thinks.

Does this remind you of yourself...?

1 If the day starts off badly - reach for the biscuits!

2 If you know you're going to have a meeting where lunch is provided, you think - well I might as well make the most of it and eat all day!

3 If at any point in the day you eat as much as a crisp - you eat all day because that first crisp was the one that did the damage!

4 Have you avoided family get togethers to avoid people you haven't seen for a long time because you know they will judge you thinking - hasn't s/he put weight on?

5 Get to the end of the day having done really well then go to the fridge just before bedtime.

My Thinking Thin™ programme focuses on "what you want" not "what you don't".

For example: "I don't want to be fat!"

This is absolutely the wrong to say to yourself because your subconscious mind will only hear: "be fat!"

Or:

"I don't want to be overweight!" The brain only hears "be overweight!"


With my weight control programme (I refuse to call it a diet)...

You can learn that you are in control of your eating not the other way round.

You can go out for lunch and have fun without writing off the rest of the day.


With the help of Hypnotherapy and CBT you can gain back control of your life.

How Does it Work?

The Thinking Thin programme works using Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and aims to change the way you think about food, eating and weight control forever.

Once your mind accepts your new way of thinking then you take on a new behaviour and a new way of thinking.

Once this new behaviour becomes normal for you then you will have control over your weight.

Session Options

The Thinking Thin programme is carried out over 4 sessions and can be done for individuals or can be done as a group. 

The difference between Thinking Thin™ and other group weight control classes is that other classes are on-going and don't seem to change your mind's approach to food and weight Control.

The Thinking Thin™ weight control programme runs for a short period of time (4 weeks) and aims to completely change the way you think about food and weight control.

What Should I Expect?

My Thinking Thin weight control programme runs over just 4 sessions which is usually on consecutive weeks.

After each session you will be given a CD recording, personal to you, which contains hypnotherapy for you to listen to between sessions.

You will also be asked to record certain aspects of your eating habits and progress in preparation for each next session.

Cost:

Individual Weight Control Sessions are - £60 per session - 50 minutes.

The Thinking Thin™ Weight Control Programme costs - £240 for 4 - 50 minute sessions. (Individual)

The cost can be reduced if you have friends or family who want to tackle weight control together.
