Session Fees

Sessions are available by appointment at Holmedale Health Consulting Rooms, Exeter and The Central England College of Hypnotherapy, Birmingham for Hypno-band.

The duration and number of sessions will depend on the therapy required appropriate to your needs.

Suggestion Therapy

'Suggestion Therapy' is used for all manner of issues regularly dealt with using hypnotherapy, such as: weight loss, self confidence, stress management, anxiety, panic attacks etc:

Session duration: approximately 50 minutes.

Cost: £60 per session.

Hypnoanalysis

Hypno-analysis can have amazing results when dealing with personal issues.

Session duration: approximately 50 minutes.

Cost: £60 per session.

Quit Smoking

Stop smoking in a single session with hypnotherapy.

Duration: Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Cost: £165

Psycho-Sexual problems

Session duration: approximately 50 minutes.

Cost: £80 per session including any necessary personalised Cd recordings.

Thinking Thin™

My weight loss programme runs over just 4 sessions which is usually on consecutive weeks.

After each session you will be given a CD recording, personal to you, which contains hypnotherapy for you to listen to between sessions.

You will also be asked to record certain aspects of your eating habits and progress in preparation for each next session.

Cost:

Individual Weight Loss Sessions are - £60 per session - 50 minutes.

The Thinking Thin™ Weight Loss Programme costs - £240 for 4 - 50 minute sessions. (Individual)

The cost can be reduced if you have friends or family who want to tackle weight loss together.

Hypno-Band offers help to gain control of your weight without the need for surgery...

Sessions: The Hypnoband process takes 4 sessions, each approximately 1 hour long. I am licensed to provide Hypno-Band in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Cost: £375 including all personalised Cd recordings.
