It is important to consult with a doctor or other medical advisor when experiencing sexual problems of a physical nature. Each symptom carries a numerical indicator between '1' and '5' (where '1' is lowest) of the likelihood of the cause being a physical problem.

Pelvic Steal: Penetration fails, even though there is no anxiety. When penetration can be accomplished with the female on top, this is physical condition requiring medical treatment (5)

Priapism: An erection fails to 'go down' and is involuntarily sustained for many hours (5)

Peyronie's Disease: A curvature of the erect penis (5)
