Sexual Difficulties for Women...
It is important to consult with a doctor or other medical advisor when experiencing sexual problems of a physical nature. Each symptom carries a numerical indicator between '1' and '5' (where '1' is lowest) of the likelihood of the cause being a physical problem.
When the problem is psychological in nature, then it is almost certain that a psychosexual specialists, such as myself, will be able to help you completely alleviate the problem. (The term 'Psychosexual' here simply means 'sexual matters related to the mind'.)
• Lack of sexual desire: This is the most common difficulty for females, in which there is no great interest in sexual activity (3)
• Anorgasmia: Another common problem, the inability to achieve orgasm either during intercourse or masturbation (3)
• Intercourse Anorgasmia: Orgasm can be easily achieved vi masturvation but not through sexual intercourse (1)
• Vaginismus: An involuntary spasm of the vaginal muscles, making penetration either impossible or extremely painful (1)
• Penetration Anxiety: This will often result in Vaginismus, in which fear is usually very noticeable (2)
• Vaginal Dryness: In mature women (35+) this is often due to a physical condition; in younger women, though, it is possible that it is purely a psychological problem (4)
• Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome: More commonly known as Nymphomania this is a distressing condition where there is a continuous 'state of readiness' with an inability to achieve release via orgasm, even when orgasm can be achieved. (1)
• Post-coital nausea: The onset of nausea almost immediately after intercourse (1)
• Hyper-orgasmia: Orgasm can occur frequently, often repeatedly, with little or no physical stimulation (1)
• Dyspareunia: Genital pain during sexual intercourse (4)
• Sexual Aversion Disorder: A pathological aversion to any form of sexual activity; in severe cases, great anger can be triggered if there are attempts to force the issue (1)
