Quit Smoking Session
Book a single quit smoking session. This is carried out without the need for an initial consultation.
Duration: between 90 minutes and 2 hours
Cost: £120 (single session)
Standard Session
Book a standard session for weight loss, self confidence, stress management, anxiety, panic attacks etc:
Duration: approximately 60 minutes
Cost: £45 per session
Free Initial Consultation
Book an initial consultation free of charge. This is an opportunity to discuss issues and to determine the correct therapy requirement.
Duration: approximately 45 minutes
Cost: free
licensed Hypo-band practitioner (strictly licensed to practice in Birmingham and West Midlands) from my consulting room in central Birmingham.
Duration: There are 4 sessions taking you through the Hypno-Band process. Each session takes approximately 1 hour and you will receive personalised CD recordings for you to listen to between sessions. A free initial consultation will be necessary to establish your suitability for the treatment and your individual needs.
Cost: £300 for the complete treatment.
