Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, or 'neuro-hypnotism' meaning sleep of the nervous system, uses hypnosis to induce a deep state of heightened relaxation and altered awareness, during which the unconscious mind is highly receptive to new or alternative perspectives and ideas.
In the field of hypnotherapy the unconscious mind is looked upon as a resource for wellness and creativity. Accessing this part of the mind through hypnosis opens up possibilities for the maintenance of the body towards health via the autonomic processes.
Hypnotherapy can be applied to modify a client's behaviour, attitudes and emotions, as well as manage pain, anxiety, stress-related illnesses and dysfunctional habits, promoting personal development.
